Owning a business is not something new for Greg, a born thinker, who previously owned and
operated a mobile lawnmower repair business in and around the Phoenix area from 1986 through
1991. Always looking for ways to do things different and better by offering the best products and
services to his customers. Greg is an avid motorcyclists, member of the Christian Motorcycle
Association and Vice President of the Golgotha Riders.
He received his AAS degree in electronics technology from Maricopa Technical Community College
in 1983 and his Bachelors degree in business from Western International University in 1995. After a
job relocation to southern California he later completed his MBA in management & organizational
behavior from California Lutheran University in 2003. Having spent the majority of his career
working in the manufacturing industry in various capacities; Electronic Technician, Production
Supervisor, Manufacturing Manager, and Production Control Manager. His career experience
includes the following industries; Aerospace, Aluminum Cans, Bar Code Printers, and custom
displays for flight simulators. He has lead and implemented Self-Directed-Work-Teams, Lean
Manufacturing/5S, Next Level, Kaizen, and various other corporate initiatives to reduce waste
and improve manufacturing processes.
In July of 2007, he founded and started VSA Performance Products. VSA represents the first letters
of his wife and daughters names; Vicki, Stephanie, & Ashley. This business would allow him the
opportunity to bring his love for classic cars and motorcycles together through a product that he
had recently started using in his 1996 Yamaha Virago 1100, AMSOIL. After seeing the benefits first
hand that AMSOIL offers, he decided to start his own AMSOIL dealership. This would allow him the
opportunity to bring AMSOIL to others through vending at both classic cars and motorcycle
shows in addition to an Internet business.
Performance was added to drive his vision for finding the best products to offer our customers.

formula for performance became: Performance = quality + integrity.
Products was then added on for the growth of the vision. Greg wanted a business that offers a
complete line of performance products. So the journey started to build a company of performance
